# Payment Methods

> How your customers can pay you through Crosspoint Checkout

Crosspoint Checkout shows each customer the ways they can pay, based on where they are, the checkout currency and their device. You don't need to switch anything on.

## Available now

| Payment method | Who can use it |
| - | - |
| Debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) | Customers anywhere in the world. One-time purchases and subscriptions |
| Apple Pay | Customers using Safari on an Apple device with Apple Pay set up |
| Google Pay | Customers using Chrome with Google Pay set up |

>
> On Crosspoint's hosted checkout, Apple Pay and Google Pay need no setup: they appear automatically when the customer's device supports them.

> If you use [Embedded Checkout](https://staging-docs.crosspoint.finance/features/checkout/embed.md#enable-wallets-in-embedded-checkout) on your own website, you'll need to validate your domain for wallets to show.

## Coming soon: local payments

We're connecting local payment partners so your customers in Africa can pay the way they already do:

| Bank transfer | Nigeria first, then more countries |
| USSD | Nigeria |
| Verve cards | Nigeria |
| Mobile money (M-Pesa, MTN MoMo, Airtel Money and others) | Kenya, Ghana, Uganda, Tanzania and more |

## Getting paid

Whichever way your customers pay, the money lands in your Crosspoint [balance](https://staging-docs.crosspoint.finance/africa/balance.md). You withdraw it with a [payout](https://staging-docs.crosspoint.finance/africa/payouts.md), in your local currency to your bank account (Nigeria) or mobile money wallet (every other African country), or in stablecoin.

## Other payment methods

The list above is everything we support today. There's no setting or plan that unlocks more, and payment methods can't be turned on per organization.
